I have spent my entire career as a CPA, because I witnessed the huge positive impact people in my profession can have on the businesses and people they are involved with. I joined Fitchitt, Benedict + Clark back in 2002 and continue to work here because everyone at this firm has a commitment to help their clients and communities succeed.

I have over 30 years experience in accounting. My background includes both public accounting at the local and national levels, as well as industry accounting as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for privately-owned and publicly-traded companies. I started my career in public accounting, putting my Masters Degree in Taxation to good use for both individuals and businesses.  I then spent a decade in industry accounting. I  have now come full circle back to public accounting and my primary focus is again in the area of taxation.

I am involved with the Washington Society of CPAs. I have served as Chairperson for the Health Care Industry Task Force. I have also served as Director and president of the Sound Puget Sound Industry Roundtable, a chapter of the WSCPA which focuses solely on the needs of Industry.

I grew up in Florida and enjoy traveling back there to visit with friends and family. I am married to a native Washingtonian, and we enjoy camping and nature walks especially with our three grandchildren, Tony, Brody and Miah.
