I joined Bill Fitchitt in 1994 and formed Fitchitt, Benedict + Clark, PS, Inc. because I was looking for a way to specialize in small businesses. I find them exciting because of the impact management can have on their success. I practice mostly in the accounting and auditing disciplines of the profession, specializing in business consulting and business valuations.

In 2005 I obtained the Accredited in Business Valuations credential from the AICPA.  I enjoy providing Business Valuations in a variety of applications.  Each one is unique and provides me an opportunity to learn, as well as, provide a vital service to our clients.

My experiences have included local and regional CPA firms as well as working in private accounting as the controller of a seafood company. This private accounting experience brings a perspective similar to that of the clients I work with today. The best benefit of my position at FB+C is the different types of businesses and business strategies I have observed over the years.

My husband and I enjoy golfing, biking and skiing, but currently spend time traveling to visit our children.

I have been an active member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, serving as their Chairman of the Board in 2002-2003 and currently serve on the board of Auburn Youth Resources and the Green River Foundation. Giving back to the community is a top priority for me.
